Delivery time
Our delivery time is variable and calculated according to the zip code indicated in the cart and the shipping option chosen when completing the purchase. It may take up to 7 days after payment confirmation.
How does delivery work?
Meiota delivers throughout Brazil through a partnership with the Brazilian Post Office. Our products are sent via Sedex and are packaged appropriately, thus ensuring the integrity of the product throughout the entire journey.
What are the payment methods?

The data entered into our system is duly protected under a security system where your card details are entered directly into the system of the Credit Card Administrator or bank that releases the payment. If there is any problem and/or discrepancy in the information, the payment will not be approved and we will send you an email informing you of the same. Always check that your registration is up to date to avoid problems with payment approval.
The installment payment of the purchase amount varies according to the product in question.
Discount codes:
Customers who have some type of discount code to use in the online store must enter it in the indicated field, checking the stipulated period of the promotion.

About exchanges and returns
If you wish to exchange or return your Meiota item, the request must be made within 7 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. This request must be made via email to meiota.contato@gmail.com, with the order number, name and reason for the exchange and/or return.
